Poetry Theme: City Life
The theme of our poems is City Life. We chose this theme because we thought we could give our readers an accurate understanding/description of what it's like living in the city. Also, being able to rely on our senses when writing a poem will provide good imagery. We want to take the essence of the city and share it with our readers. Our biggest goal is to incorporate what we see, smell, hear, feel, and taste into our poems. Giving the reader a visual of what we are able to experience is what we strive to get them to understand.
